A note from Hala
My love for wedding planning began with my own wedding. As I brought our day together, I found so much joy in thinking through every detail: how it would look, how it would flow, and, most of all, how it would feel for us and the people we love. Somewhere along the way, I realised this was something I wanted to do for other couples too.
Having married in Egypt myself, it holds a very special place in my heart. I know the excitement of imagining your wedding there, but I also understand how daunting it can feel to make those plans from miles away. I remember how much it meant to have someone I could trust, who listened and cared.

That is the relationship I want to build with you. From finding a venue you fall in love with to making sure everything comes together on the day, I’ll be by your side, working closely with our team in Egypt. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your ideas, asking every question and knowing you have someone to turn to.
It means so much to be invited into such a personal part of your lives. My hope is that you’ll look back with happy memories of the planning as well as the wedding itself, knowing you had the time and space to enjoy it together.

How we’ll work together
I
We meet. Over coffee in London or on a video call, to talk through guests, budget and how you want it to feel.
II
I shortlist venues. A handful of places I know well, with honest notes on what each really costs and includes.
III
We plan it together. Styling, suppliers, guest travel and timings, managed by me and our team in Egypt.
IV
We finalise every detail. A final walkthrough of timings, suppliers and the guest itinerary, so nothing is left to chance.
V
You arrive. We’re there all week. You and your guests just turn up and celebrate.
